I've been kind of reclusive lately, I'll admit.

I've been obsessively shaping this concept album. It's requiring all of my mental effort. I've been composing one of the songs since the beginning of August, and i'm just now adding the final touches. AUGUST. I've never spent that much time on one song. I've tried to really slow down and think about music and the nature of story telling, and I hope in the end, the effort will show. I'll post little bits of it here and there, but rest assured it's very different that what you've heard before.

On my own note:

My Mind is incredibly restless. I have this master plan, you see. it's probably a bad master plan, but it's one none the less.
Here we go:
Step 1.) Graduate from bar tending school. (Graduation date = July 30th)
Step 2.) Get job(s) bar tending. (I see a lot of one night parties and stuff happening.)
Step 3.) Take out installment plan for $900 apple laptop
Step 4.) Buy interface or m-box so I can record all music myself
Step 5.) Record 3 song EP(one a half songs left), then entire album at the speed of unreasonably fast and force producer to produce it afterwards.
Step 6.) Send out large press release about the 3 song ep (and hopefully this music video we've been working on FOREVER.)
Step 7.) Relax? No, that's not it.
Step 8.) Submit to festivals, gigs, magazines, press, opportunities, labels, etc.
Step 9.) FIGURE OUT HOW TO INCREASE FAN BASE!!

AAA!!! I'm tired. but my work is never done. Not with the lofty goals I have in mind D:
so Much of it is increasing the fan base. That's so the hardest part. If it were easy, everybody would do it, but it's really not. Oi vey.

I'm going to sleep now. Or am I? Nope, i'm probably going to write up all the lyrics to my songs, then post it Deviantart in hopes of expanding the fan base.

I'm tired...
